Spider Solitaire Fun

I have literally owned/played this game for half a decade. No joke, I own a ton of backgrounds and card backs, and I’m still sitting with over 190k coins. I just wanted a solitaire game. It started out innocently enough with the normal ad-in-between-games-and-spin-wheel system. However, in the last several months, some really bizarre, messed up stuff started happening. First, when I’d start the app after a couple days of inactivity, I’d get the normal “sign up with facebook” dialog, but then it would follow with this “sign up for VIP” but all the options were like “aaaabbbccccc” “xxxxyyyzzzz” as if it were a demo feature that wasn’t supposed to be released yet. No problem, just cancel, right? NO. It froze the screen. You couldn’t close the window. I always had to hard-reset the app. OK, so they fix that about 1-2 MONTHS after i first encountered it. So then one day I’m playing, and DURING A GAME, one of the bottom ads automatically triggers an app change to my browser with some page about, “you have been randomly chosen for a survey where you could get $100.” And that happens 3-4 times IN THE SAME GAME. This goes on for weeks. Now, just today, I get some ad in between games that never gives me the option to close it. I tap anywhere and it pops the app store download page. I tap Done and I go back to the ad, waiting for the tell-tale X for me to tap in order to get back to playing. It never showed. I can’t play without hard-resetting the app. So I’m done. I don’t care how much “digital equity” I’ve saved up over the years. I can’t stand this terrible ad management. I can deal with ads, but I can’t deal with inept programmers.

I LOVE this game but I’m aggravated because I selected and paid for the no ads option. But never got it. And could not figure out how to contact you. Can you please look into this. I play this game for hours and hours. But I’m seriously going to move on if this cannot be rectified. I just CANNOT deal with 30 second ads every few minutes and when you finish a round. Fix this and you get five stars. 4-9-20 I got a response to my problem. It took several days but thank you for responding. I also would like to know what you use the coins you earn. I have tried to figure out and I am just clueless.

The game is SO fun! It’s my new go-to game! But the only thing I don’t like is that when you close the app, it cancels your game!! It’s frustrating because if you have to hurry and do something so you turn off your phone, it just cancels ALL YOUR PROGRESS for that level. Maybe they could have a pause button so that if you leave, it saves your progress. I know that they already have a pause button, but it only takes you back to the menu and stuff. And there’s 1 more minor thing. When you earn stars and go to get a background, they don’t show you what it looks like. It only shows the price. I wish that you could choose what it looks like. I hope that they fix those things and if they do, it’s an absolute 5 star!
