Was blessed to be able to hear from some albums that I am not able to access on other programs. However the app crashes once a week and I cannot login. I will not be re-subscribing until this issue is resolved. It seems like it’s been going on for a year or so according to reviews.

My family loves this app since it’s the only one we allow on their phones and app acts like I am not subscribed. I choose the subscribe now button and am just told I have already subscribed. Seems to be stuck in this loop and will only play 20 second samples of songs. Support link doesn't work either, would love for someone to help us. Please we would greatly appreciate it.

App crashes after confirming my phone number can not use it. I’ve tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app and it has the same bug still. Instantly crashes when you open it.
