PalmPay - Transfers, Bills

Well from my perspective, PalmPayFreeTransfers isn’t bad but the loan aspect is terrible, i mean I recently took a loan which was 2 weeks ago, getting to the due date I could not pay for the loan cus if I hard no money on me, then PalmPayFreeTransfers and their agents online started demanding payment but I pleaded with them to understand my situation, but they refused to listen and was insisting I pay half payment, but I said I did not have the money and it was my fist time not paying before due date, the eventual stop only for 2 days to pass they threatened to post my pictures on social media saying that I am a bad person, God I felt embarrassed, and told one of the agent who said that I lied saying that I do not have food to eat but I am capable of feeding my family and myself I was like Jesus when was that, I spoke my mind to him and told him that after paying I will never use PalmPay again, I just payed and deleted the app, I can’t go back to use it again is e why people patronize I pay instead God a very terrible experience, was insulted countless times even today as well. Well it was fun while it lasted. Thank you for your services I still have 35 Naira to pay off when I pay it I will demand for an account termination. Thank you

The day your account will have issues with palm pay that’s when you will know that they are the most wicked and useless banking app and they aren’t even friendly with users, my account has been suspended for almost a week now with 482k in it (my whole life money), they are telling me someone sent a fraudulent money to my account which I don’t have idea off I told them to remove the money because I don’t know the person and I don’t have any business with that person. I told them to reverse the money from where it comes from so that I can access my own money they don’t want to they keep me in pains and I’m so depressed because of this I can’t even eat good meal anymore. In this situation I have even gone to their branch in Abuja all I receive was insult and no solution. I called the, I contacted their live chat nothing was done. They keep on asking me same stupid questions what’s my business with the sender. Someone I told them I don’t know the person and I have never received any money from that person they don’t want to hear me palm pay you guys are very wicked maybe when I’m dead that’s when you guys will give me my money.

Palmpay has actually been serving me well since I opened it, smooth and fast transactions but this has been happening for a few days now; my parents and friends tried sending money to my palmpay account and the transaction keeps reversing and then my mom called and said it was telling her that my account doesn’t exist meanwhile I still successfully transferred to someone that same day and I even changed the number on the account so see if there would be any changes but it was still the same thing. Funny enough they did the transfer to a friend also using palmpay and it went within seconds and I’ve tried to contact customer service but all to no avail Please what could possibly be the reason and what could be done ?
