I’ve been having trouble with the face verification feature on the PalmPay app. Despite having good lighting and a working camera, the app is still unable to recognize my face. I’ve tried restarting the app, as well as my phone, but the issue persists. I’ve also checked for updates, but I’m still facing the same problem. It’s quite frustrating because the feature is supposed to be a quick and easy way to verify my identity, but it’s not working as expected. I’ve also ensured my internet connection is stable, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. Please look into this and provide a solution, as this is preventing me from using the app effectively. I would appreciate any guidance or support you can offer.

This app has always been good and I notice I can’t even view my transaction lists and even my statement for sometimes now and it’s frustrating, i think this no data stuff is just for IPhone users. I can’t even chat with your customer service on the app again and the customer care line is not going through. Please rectify this issue as soon as possible

What started as a cool app turned something else over night; constant errors, alerts not coming as at when due and so many others. The major being the fact the iPhone app doesn’t show the number of transactions processed in a day. I can’t even see the total incoming money for a day; I always have to check the machine itself which is really annoying. Please it would be easier for many people facing this issue. An update to the app came and I thought it would be fixed. It’s still the same.
