Please utilize extreme caution. They are the most difficult institution to deal with. They demanded lots of documents from me only to tell me the money can be sent. They hung up on me 3 times. Thankfully I finally got my money back. Will be using western union in the future. Advice for the company. Be transparent and stop finding reasons to say no to the customer. If you treat your customers better maybe you will have more Bussiness and you can stop paying people for referrals. If you ever treat your customer’s right then the Bussiness will grow on its own.
