Decepcionada de esta agencia
Estoy muy decepcionada de la Nacional. siempre he mandado dinero a mi país, atraves de ella. Semanas atrás trate de hacer un envío y pusieron que fue pagado cuando no fue así, y se lo pagan a otra persona que no fue a quien lo envié. Cuando llame para reclamar me dijeron que ellos no pudieron recuperar los fondos y que no podían hacer nada, es decir que yo perdí los 6,500 pesos que mande. Entonces como Uno puede mandar dinero en una agencia donde no hay segurida con él envío que se haga.
