Animal Flow OnDemand

This app needs to be “proofread”. It’s ambitious but its usability is poor. The most egregious problems right now are 1 introductory video with no sound, o and another introductory video and the “flowcademy” “start here” courses only working if you press DIRECTLY on an invisible play button in the center of the video. It took installs on 3 devices before I realized that it’s not that the video isn’t working, it’s that you have to click ONLY an invisible button to run the video. Stuff like that is amateur and leaves a poor first impression. I was ten seconds away from trying to write a “help” ticket email

This has been my main practice since Covid and lockdowns started. Accessible for multiple levels of proficiency; you don’t have to already be an expert in AF to get value out of this tool. There are “Flow” and “skills” classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced practitioners. The On Demand App is for AF enthusiasts like me, grappling/jiujitsu folks who want a practice that feeds right into their own, and yogis and general fitness folks wanting to shake up their routines.

I’ve been a member of the Animal Flow community for a long time and this app is incredible! It’s everything you want it to be. From the layout, to the quality of the content, it just doesn’t get much better than this. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who’s been practicing for years, this app has everything you need. They are constantly adding new flows and classes so there’s always something new to play with. I use it on my phone, my computer, and my TV depending on where I am. I love it!
