I like the concept and the content. I started with the primal movements and hope to continue through the other options.
I would like to mention it can feel clunky. I am trying to navigate the workout but cant back track if i skip a section by accident. Also, the timers can break and sometimes the move says 0 seconds. The dead bug exercise gave me a 60 minute timer when i read 120.
I would like to see these issues explored and resolved. I have a good depth of knowledge on fitness and am looking for ways to improve primarily my mobility through this app.

I love how there are variety of exercises/workouts to improve kinetic intelligence and overall control of the body: Yoga, parkour, kickboxing, etc. Aside from my regular workout sessions, I wanted to start learning other exercises to have better control of my entire body and stretching routine. And this app was the perfect one for me. Only thing right now is that the timer on some of the workouts that I follow does not work properly. Not a big deal but hope it does get fixed soon.
