App is easy to use to check balances, move money between accounts as well as deposit checks.

Complicated, Time Consuming, D minus at best
Frustrating, lots of quirks, and it keeps me from monitoring my account and doing what I want to do with my money when I want to do it. My BP shoots up 20 points when I have to deal with this site. I’m all too often locked out of the system, and have to wait until business hours to get it unlocked. It takes way too long to log on, pay bills, and find what I need. Setting up a new payee is a headache. I’m dreading tax time because this app is useless at sorting categories where I spent money. If I didn’t love this bank, this app would be a deal-breaker and I’d shop for a new bank. If you have ever used the Cap One system, this is the opposite of that.
