The registration process is unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Even after successfully verifying my identity through the official government ID app (My Digital ID), I was still required to go through multiple additional verification steps and re-register from scratch. This completely defeats the purpose of having a trusted government authentication system. A registration process should be simple, seamless, and user-friendly. Instead, this app adds unnecessary layers that waste users' time and create a poor first impression. I hope the developers streamline the onboarding experience by properly integrating the government ID verification so users don't have to repeatedly provide the same information.

Baru guna sekali sebab nak bayar cukai tanah sebab malas nak gi pejabat tanah time bekerja. Tapi app ni suruh topup lepas berjaya deduct dari bank baki dompet kat app tunjuk RM0 dah membazir duit aku sebab system tak received aku punya duit. I know it pahang gov please tolong senangkan hidup orang pahang. app design a bit okay la for me but please guna latest tecnology for your app or just dont use your in-house staff instead hire la tech company out there which way more better. Sorry to say but this app menyusahkan dari menyenangkan hidup orang. Download sekali guna sekali until u improve this mobile app system/technology. Dont u feel how frustrated ur user is????
