Spriggy Schools

Whilst convenient to use, there is no option to add the amount of money you choose. Instead of having to pick in $5 amounts. Quite often I only need to top up $1 or $2. Instead, I have to add $5. With the cost of living, the app owners, should take that into consideration.

I’m very new to Spriggy for Schools. I had an issue that needed fixing in a time sensitive manner and messaged the in app assistant outside of operating hours. Within less than an hour of their day starting, I’d been contact twice and had the issue fixed immediately. I cannot recommend the team and their service highly enough.

I was relieved to not worry about cash and writing orders on paper bags. This app is simple to use and great to have on hand as price list is always on handy. The only disappointing thing is why are we charged 29c every order we place for each child. It adds up if my kids were to get 1 order of lunch or ice block each a week on top of the inflated canteen prices. Doesn’t seem right. I think I’ll go back to paper now I’ve realised there is a fee per order per child.
