…despite of paid subscription. First, they asked for making a new (much more expensive) subscription, even though the current one ends only in July 2027. Then the app stopped working completely. Overall, very simple app that had not changed programs for several years.
This app really works. The workouts are challenging so be honest with what you can handle. If you are a beginner, start at beginner! The results will have others asking for your routine! When I mention that I only do pushups others are astounded! Great app! Put in the work and let the app guide you to victory!
