I've been using this app for a couple days and I just want to say it's amazing. The app is easy to navigate, the exercises are great, and it's just an overall really good app! Definitely recommend :)
It is an amazing free app that actually works. I had abs and some arm muscle, and didn’t pay too much attention to them, this app gave me my abs and arm muscle back, all I have to do is do a workout every day, and it’s simple too. I love the app, it is fun to use, and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to try to get abs and bigger arm muscles. I’m currently 13 years old, and I use this app in the daily
Intermediate level works your arms out very well. I was completely burnt out after it. Which I also did 4 other work outs from 2 other apps these guys have. Either way, it’s very useful.
