Zero Support & Fake Charges!!!
1) Zain will not hesitate to stop your account, if you exceed an imaginary limit (they set but don’t tell you about)- even if you exceed it by 1 JD. Yet Zain will take weeks and weeks to correct any mistake to refund any amount, that they incorrectly debited from your account. 2) Zain knows about, and therefore SUPPORTS, the fake MMS advertising that automatically CHARGES you REPEATEDLY every few days. This may take you a while to notice on your bill. They will eventually will stop if you call them, BUT will never refund the debited amounts. They will tell you that you approved these charges BUT PROVIDE NO PROOF.
