Same garbage service. Now I have separate apps to download to manage my FHNB credit on one app and my FHNB Checking and savings in another app. Seriously, it’s 2020 and this is what y’all come Up with? I’m done with this bank. Literally any other bank has easier apps that don’t lock you out randomly every month or so and don’t require multiple apps to handle multiple accounts.

The Money Management features are really helpful. I like being able to track my spending. I love that I can add in loans and credit cards I have with other banks and see all my accounts. This new app is a big improvement over the old app.

This bank gives me so many problems since 2017. The mobile app doesn’t load in the morning around the same time everyday. When i try to deposit checks through the mobile app the bank rejects it saying it “looks suspicious.” Zelle only lets you send 50 dollars for like a month and then it lets you send more after the month. The whole bank and app should be thrown away.
