Problem with app
I stay in Villiersdorp. I am struggling with the app. I had some cashback in my wallet but cannot remember how much because I do not often get a chance to visit Fresh stop in Caledon. Today a made some purchases, I managed to load it on my list, but when I tried to take picture I had to try several times, but for some unknown reason I could not use it. I tried to restart my phone, but afterwards the app does not even open on my phone so I was not able to see if it is working well.

You really get back back into ur bank
In my personal opinion, there is no other app like this in SA. I actually got money back into my bank account. The app is easy to use and the cash back rewards are decent. Overall, I love the app.🔥🔥

Simple yet complicated
A FAQ section would be amazing as I’m not sure what exactly I’m supposed to do. I select the items then scan the slip and then what happens because my cash back amount still shows zero. Who do I Contact for help as there’s no contact us section in the app.
