Private Property

I had an Offer to Purchase in FishHoek. I was very suspicious when I noted that the agent knew less than I did. I went immediately to the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority to report her and the company. She was immediately retrenched and my Offer to Purchase was cancelled. Buyer beware! Private Property should be regulating who is licensed and not, but they only post properties and do not care much about the legalities of licensing.

We’ve been looking for a house for about a year. Once a week I roam all the property sites and key in the search specifics over and over. Now, I do it once and it comes to my phone as soon as a new property is added. It’s brilliant. Tx PP for making life easier.

This app has some potential but it's not ready for prime time yet. It crashes frequently and often returns incorrect search results. Scrolling is sluggish and slowed down by the images. With a little bit more rounding this app can get a higher rating, but for now you're better off going to the website directly.
