Plugo - Shared Power Banks

Powerbank did not work , the session did not end even after putting back in its place . The customer service support is pathetic, you’ll have only open issues being unaddressed. I still haven’t got back my refundable deposit! Always better to carry your charger or have your own power bank, these plugo stations are just useless! Avoid and do not pay the so called refundable deposit !

I took one of the chargers in emergency and I was trying to charge my phone. First off the powerbank I got wasn’t charging my phone because the wire was really loose. This problem doesn’t happen in my normal phone. Then when i was trying to return, the machine was not accepting the powerbank as returned. We contacted the support and they asked me to search for a plug point the dock was connected to and restart the entire machine. Once we did that, the machine accepted my powerbank as returned but it wasn’t stopping the timer. We contacted the support again and they said I will be charged for 1 hour only. Now my account is asking me 20 rupees more for another extra 3 minutes where my powerbank was returned but the timer didn’t stop and I have been trying to contact support but no response.

I was doubting myself to use plugo app by reading the reviews, but trust me it’s nothing like that the app is fantastic and u can rent the power bank in seconds. The one more thing which gives an edge to the new market is that we can drop in any location ie in the city or outside the city as well . They also have excellent customer support, I actually raised a ticket and got a call in 30 minutes .. All the best team plugo
