The app forces you to sign in again when ordering, does not let you add a reward card to the order, and resets your order if you back out to add something you may have forgotten. *UPDATE* While the app is buggy and still not working, Customer Service is OUTSTANDING! I emailed them with my complaint, and was responded to almost immediately. I was told they were aware of the issues and are working to fix it. Even gave me a coupon for my trouble.

I recently decided to try the CBB app after several years of dining at the restaurant. I didn’t recall having an account already so I reset my password & was able to log into the website version but not the app itself, despite a second password reset. The app doesn’t recognize my information. I’ve never removed an app so quickly on my phone after this fiasco.
