During checkout, the screen consistently scrolls upward after entering credit card details, specifically between inputting the card number and the cardholder name. This behavior interrupts form completion and forces the user to restart the process. Additionally, the app does not properly trigger Apple’s saved payment credentials (credit card/bank info). Autofill should automatically surface Apple-stored payment data, but it fails to do so. I attempted the process multiple times (5+) with the same result. These are small UX and form-handling issues, but they significantly degrade the checkout experience and make payment completion unnecessarily difficult.

Intuitive, simple, effective.

I bought tickets through the app for a bus ride to San Miguel de Allende, booked them way back on May 8th. We showed up super early, and the girls at the front desk checked the app and told us we were all set. They said to just wait for our bus to be called. When we got to the bus, they couldn’t find my name on the list and sent us back to the front. The guy at the desk said he couldn’t find me in the system at all. I showed him the PayPal charge and the charge on my credit card. Even though it was clear we were charged, he said the tickets were no good. He literally made me buy new ones and told me to contact customer service because it wasn’t his problem.
