Ordered this for work because someone else came to my company and had one and it was great but apparently it must be hit or miss… I ordered the exact same product and followed every step to the letter and got absolutely nothing. No pictures, no videos just the main app screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling again following all the steps exactly as stated and still nothing. And there are no options anywhere for troubleshooting if something like this happens, no one to reach out to for customer service of any kind.

Apparently, the only way this will work is if you use the unsecure wifi built into the device. In addition, you have to give it access to all of the photos and videos on your phone or tablet. The privacy comment says that all that they collect is “user content”. You are the user, you have to give them access to your content (in the form of your photos and videos), which they then collect. Seriously?

You need to accept the app to search and find connectivity or it can’t find your device. I was feeling skeptical too but it’s not like some long range WiFi cyber attack it WiFi between the app and the specific device like a walkie talkie
