Can’t apply points
Can’t scan credit card. Can’t save credit card. Only able to order sandwich. That’s about it.

Rewards invalid 24/7
App doesn’t allow me to apply rewards or coupons to any online orders- it keeps saying “unable to validate basket” when I have qualifying items. Lost so many coupons and rewards so frustrating I haven’t gone to eat there in months. Very disappointing.

Downloaded but app won’t load once launched
They are offering a service for healthcare workers to receive free meals during coronavirus May 4-May 10 and certain locations allow ordering via the app. I downloaded it but once I launch the app, it gets stuck on the “Loading your smart experience” screen for a very long time. Never getting to the interactive home page.
