Tine: Group Dining Planner

We’ve all felt the pain of trying to agree with a group on where to go for dinner, so I love that there is now an app for this! The interactions in the app are fun, the graphics are super cute, and they’re constantly working on new features to make the app even better. I definitely recommend checking it out, especially if you are in a restaurant rut!

Finally an end to the constant struggle of where to eat when everybody’s got an opinion! This is the perfect way for me to find a place everyone is happy with! Works in any friend group or for a date. It’s great to get a plan together on a random weekday in my own city or when I’m on vacation trying to discover the food scene in a new place!

For so long I have waded through Yelp struggling to pick the right restaurant that will leave everybody satisfied. Then out of nowhere comes Tine, with a seamless integration of Yelp and the ability to crowd source the destination of choice amongst friends and family. No more will I hear “you always pick a place with only spicy food”, as if that some how makes me an inconsiderate person, I just assume everyone likes spicy food?! Well, thanks to Tine my once narrow view of cuisine has been widened and I can enjoy the next meal knowing it was a consensus choice.
