All i can say is the the quality of the service is outstanding. My clothes always come back super clean and fresh. Not to mention they way they got that wine out of my FAVORITE white sweater 😍🥰🥰🥰. The customer service was way above average as well. The person i spoke with was more than helpful and ensured that my needs were met in a timely fashion. I highly recommend!

Really happy with Fresh Spin after having a bad time with my last laundry service company. Very nice and professional drivers. Affordable rates. Good communication and customer service. We’ve been using them for over a year or more. They used to have morning times for my area but now only evening. Not a huge deal for us. Only issues has been that the app doesn’t allow tipping and we don’t always have cash on hand. I think the newest app update will allow for it, finally. That would be our #1 request.
