Very stupid app I have ever seen, they just put those top up bills and to buy packages but even didn’t allow to use them, it has a lot of track and then very bad customer service

After updated version 2.20.8, cannot login to my account. Whether I try with Forget password, it didn’t work. Just showed the message, “Something wrong, please try again later”. Then, I try to contact to Call Center hotline 999, no one pick up the phone. 😤😤

I tried to add money to Mytel Pay from my bank account. Money was deducted from my account, but not received to Mytel pay. When I inquired, they said it is due to amount limitation per day. Actually, user may not aware of that limitation, they need to set up in their app not to deducted money and need to show pop-up alert for user limitation. So, I have to wait until at the end of that month and I could get my money after month end. This is ridiculous and remove this app from App Store!!!
