How can scammers easily get informations about costumers and easily withdraw money from bank accounts with just a PIN number??? It took them 30 mins to freeze my account and a day to inform me that there's nothing they can do unless i go to the police??? U should make it harder for people to register and make it more complicated to withdraw money from bank account..also why don't u just temporarily halt this app and improve it and make it harder for scammers to scam people or file a case at police to catch the thieves yourself instead of trying to catch them through costumers' hand??? Also why bother having a costumer service if u can't even give me a definite answer...the worst bank ever

Thank you very much. Due to errors in KBZ Pay’s system, not only was money lost, but customers also faced various forms of distress. In addition to the lost money, there were extra expenses for complaint letters and emotional distress. Because of KBZ Pay’s lack of responsibility and accountability, as well as the emotional burden it has caused, the KBZ Pay money transfer and withdrawal business has now been shut down. Why the fraudster easily gets the customers’ information and can easily withdraw the customers’ money with an OTP number. The bank system is making easier the thieve’s life without any responsibility and with non-sense procedure if the customer has an issue. I am wondering why it’s very difficult and take time for a very long time to freeze the account transferred by the fraudsters even the customers give the detailed and complete information. It seems that the bank is also like the thieves. The WORST BANK EVER!!!!!!
