Worst most basic app. As of today, I have 3 separate “notifications” saying that I am Overdue for: my annual physical, some dTAP vaccinations (this one says I’ve been overdue since 1978… Which is the year I was born) (& I had a physical earlier this summer clearly not noted since I’m getting overdue notice notices about a physical, and at neither that physical nor my previous five annual physicals has my doctor told me that I’m due or overdue for DTAP vaccinations; my third notification says I’m overdue for my mammogram. Completely inaccurate because I had one May 14 of 2026. It is such a waste of time because when I see these notifications, sometimes I am surprised and check my calendar; because I am managing my healthcare, plus my three kids. This app is awful.

I arrived 2:30 pm for 2:30 pm appointment. On the app I clicked “im here button”. The map tracked my location. That is the proof but when I reached no one was available in the front desk. I waited 2 mins then sat and started paying through app, did all e- check activities while was seating in the doctor’s office. Then my husband showed up after parking the car and I told him I couldn’t find anyone in the front desk. He was very tall and someone came and telling us “ I was about to cancel and reschedule your appointment” come early for your next appointment” should I accept their false acquisition and keep my mouth shut “ No!! I told her no one was here when I arrived “on time” she showed me someone sitting “back of a desk far from the front desk” and told she is here” and the front desk person went for lunch ! in a HARSH tone and tried shutting me down. There should be a calling button or online kiosk for check in I wouldn’t have suffered this embarrassment

Hi- overall the EE Health app is great and easy to use. Only suggestion is when have multiple consecutive visits in same day have to do the online checkin for EACH visit as opposed to letting 1 online checkin count for ALL visits that same day. Also if do online check in days before seem to still get pop up reminder to do it again day before visit. If should only be done 24-48 hrs for example before visit then don’t allow us ability to do it week or 2 before visit. Thanks
