Great experience as always. Wonderful driver, helpful and timely. We use this Diamond Parking in Anchorage frequently. Never disappointed
I park here every week and some of the UI is incredibly basic. It’s fairly obvious I’m in Utah, but I have to select whether I’m in Utah or Anchorage every single time I open the app. There’s also no GPS functionality for other things that make it comparable to the other parking apps around.
Want to bypass the checkout lines? Add your credit card to your profile and just use your customer ID barcode to when you enter the lot and exit. When you exit, the card on file is automatically charged, and the receipt is sent to your email. Every one of your visits are also tracked on the app. No more having to go into the office to get that receipt to add to your expense report. It is right there!
