The MILEPOST

So you create a digital account based on the book purchase. Then you end up and some third party digital magazine site, asking for the same information. If you don’t complete that second step (even though you already created a MilePost account), you can’t log into the app. Works fine if you do. So it loses a star for that mess and loses another star for basically being a glorified PDF reader that doesn’t even work well. When zoomed in and moving around a page, it laps and has artifacts on screen.

Come on Milepost, I purchase your book then have to pay for a half-baked app that only works when I have internet service-IN ALASKA, REALLY? Please have your team step away from their desks and make something that really works and is helpful when traveling around Alaska WITHOUT INTERNET! I and many others would be willing to pay for something like that. ……until then Google or Apple Maps is more helpful, and they are free.

Same as another reviewer, I bought the book and was anticipating the convenience of using the app. The web-based version of the book is not worthwhile. But even though I can log in to view that no problem, I can't log into the app, so that's a disappointment.
