So disappointed
Received used nasty shoes. Was treated rudely telling me to email the returns department. She stated they were only worn for a photo shoot... only? Still worn dirty and gross. I was offered $15 to use on future purchase. Are you kidding me? Make me spend more money to get some compensation? That’s far less than what I paid for them on sale. After leaving A negative review then they offered for me to return them for a full refund . Absolutely appalling! As a business owner you correct your wrongs and never leave a customer feeling like this. Wrong on so many levels!!!😡
