EZ Home Inspection Software

I helped create InspectIT and unfortunately our product was decided to no longer be supported so I had to find another one for my business. I do heavy customization on my report templates and Rusty has been very responsive when something needs attention. As of ease of use for a new inspector this is by far the easiest that I have found.

This software is the best software for home inspectors. It is easy to use and easy to customize. My clients like how their report looks because it is easy to interrupt. The cost of this software is very good considering all things it can do. Every time I call, Rusty is always willing to help and take some feedback. For the big picture, I think ez home inspection is good. It is true to the standards of what needs to be looked at and has a lot of good library comments to add, making the process very enjoyable. I have received a lot of compliments from clients and real estate agents on the presentation of the report. Now, for some reason almost every report I write crashes one way or another. The files need to be copied and renamed to move forward- not fun. I would like to have a better way to review the report as it would appear to the client with out having to upload, convert and then crash. My other quam would be the desktop version. To upload photos to the report on a Mac requires a good internet connection. In my rural area that is a foreign concept. I would also say that customer support has been very helpful with the crashes.
