Bad Quality - NO REFUND!
I was excited to find this app streaming documentaries. So disappointing to start watching one of the documentaries and it is super poor quality and the playback stops about every 10 seconds. Tried to get a refund as I had gotten a full year thinking it was a good deal. NOT a deal at all…more like an ordeal. Run away!!!!

Beware!
I downloaded the app and paid for a one-month subscription. The payment was posted to my US credit card immediately. When I went back in 2 days later, I was asked to pay for a subscription. When I contacted customer support (through What’s App), I was told that they had no record of the payment and asked me to provide transaction details. At a minimum, they have internal controls problems. I am too scared about fraud to provide anything further to them.
