Takes forever to connect, even if the app is open in the background and you go back to open it two seconds later. When ever I save a video I manually recorded, it saves two copies in my photos app. Constantly goes off for any sound or motion even when you set the sensitivity down. I get motion alerts for just the curtain barely moving from the fan, sound alerts when the ac kicks on. The WORST part is that I have it set to record clips whenever the motion alert goes off, and when I open the app all the recorded content will just randomly be gone! My son was crying one morning really bad and I went to check the recorded video and everything was missing. What would have been a convenient feature is completely useless. Try to contact customer service, it’s been a week and they haven’t emailed me back, so I tried calling when they opened at 7am and already it said all their operators are busy… they just opened how are they seriously that busy unless every single consumer on earth is calling right at opening…

This is by far the most frustrating system we have ever used. Home monitors never connect properly paired with a short battery life. Which means it must stay on or near a charger 90% of the time. Phone app is just as bad, it never loads when you need it too. Constantly, have to close it out in order for it to connect properly and to many bugs. You are almost better off doing it old school and just listen for the kids if they are screaming. Because that’s what we have to do most of the time anyway. Customer service is no help when we called about issues. Stay away from this system! I would give it zero stars if I could.

I purchased a new monitor over a year ago. The parent unit that comes with it goes off ALL THE TIME. Even if you adjust the settings, it doesn’t matter. You’ll be woken up 6-7 times an hour if an arm moves, it’s awful. And this app-HORRIBLE ! All of a sudden, you’re signed out! Then you put your log in info and NOPE- won’t let you log in, typically for 24 hours. Today, I log in with the same password I tried yesterday. Obviously this app has terrible support since they haven’t fixed this for over a year. I can’t even count the times it’s happened. We gave up, purchased a Ring camera for his room. Now, when it goes off I know for sure he’s up. No false alarms with Ring. Small bonus, when you are done needing a camera on the baby’s room, you can place it elsewhere in the house. I believe Ring is 100 a year, but I’d rather pay that than be woken up 6 times an hour..every night!
