The night before my son’s first day at daycare, I was terrified when I went to download this app and saw 2 stars. Hardly slept the night before! But I’ve been using it today and it’s been working great. It isn’t glitchy at all and always loads the camera right away. My daycare has it set that I only get 10 views a day- which stinks for sure but that’s not the app’s fault! Camera isn’t crystal clear but I know what my baby looks like and can see him clearly. They also have a camera over his crib. Wanted to post this for other parents that are nervous about the that day of daycare! Very happy so far with the app

I log in several times per day and most of the time the app will not connect to the cameras or it will tell me I have reached the end of my session when I am trying to log in or it reports a network error has occurred. I have to constantly close the app and reopen to finally have a connection to the camera. This app only allows camera access and there is no way to communicate directly through this app. It would be more practical to have one app to use for the day care system rather than two separate apps- one for camera and one for communication.

I have to use this app to see my son at daycare during the day, but it constantly freezes, goes dark, or skips into different viewing sessions, so I never truly get 6 viewing sessions because of all of the freezing and black outs. It’s just a bad app and poor quality. I wish the daycare would go with something different 🙄
