App is equally worst as your service including customer services. Highly non professional staff who doesn’t understand the problem rather keep pushing their technical expertise without analysing actual problems.

Doesn’t let you switch between your linked accounts. It used to work fine but now its not working. Its been like this since two months. Optix needs to change their developer.

Looks like no one did the quality check of this App. When you register, it ask to map/link your account, when you map your account there is no option to proceed further, so nothing really happens after linking your account. Whoever designed this App didn’t know what he/she is doing.
