I wonder how could a multi billion company such as Ligam doesn’t have proper app with many features and that work with no lagging! Money well spent! Change the IT COMPANY and I was the CEO the first person I’d fire is my IT manager

The app isn’t working, it doesnt even seem to be connecting to the internet. Customer service keeps telling people to update the app to the latest edition even tho there’s no new update. I havent been able to go to the gym for days cuz the app isnt working and reception tells me i cant go in unless i book thru the app...

Worst app ever, I have skipped two days of my workout because of this garbage app. Quick tip for FitnessTime company don’t restrict us gym subscribers to make reservations for training sessions when the app doesn’t even function. Unbelievable how a multimillionaire company treats their customers like this.
