So originally I had gotten this game to do a trend with my friends where we made each other in the game. (I ended up getting addicted) the game is so SO cute and I love making little characters and dressing them up. But...I feel like the options for hair and skin tone are very limited for POC (people of color) especially those with darker skin and more textured hair. I am a curly haired brown skinned Latino who is only a quarter black from my dads side. I say this because the darkest skin tone this game has is MY skin tone. I had to settle for one of the lighter ones instead for my little character. There's also this annoying bug where if you want an item that you have to get from ads, you can only do it once without closing the app. If you try it again it won't play the ad AT ALL. So you have to close the app. Other than the lack of diversity and the little bug, this game overall is so cute! Highly recommend!

This game is absolutely amazing and super cute! I love that you don’t have to pay for anything aswell, but instead watch ads, and you don’t have to re watch for the same item! There there are two problems pertaining to ads. When you click on an item you want, it asks you to watch an ad. Of course that is not the problem, the problem arises whenever you try to do it more than once. The ad dosent end up loading, so i have to close the app for it to work again. The second problem is where the “pop up” ads are shown in the game. The reason I put quotations is because it dosent really obstruct you from playing and isn’t annoying either, other than covering a bit of the top screen. The problem with this one is I’m unable to see the menu buttons at the top, there is a very small space where it’s shown under the ad. Overall this app is super cute and very fun to play, It’s definitely in my top three avatar maker games! In the future i’d like to see some changes made with the way ads work in this game to make it more enjoyable for the players.

PLEASE UPDATE APP. i got the app because i thought it looked cute and i like making characters, specifically characters from shows like stranger things, and i do enjoy using it but the app does need improvement and more options. first we have to close and reopen the app when we want to watch an ad to unlock an item which is annoying and dampens gameplay, if this could be improved it would be appreciated. and of course there is the matter of needing more inclusive hairstyles, there are no hair styles for curly hair, or even loose curls. also on the matter of inclusiveness, there are much fewer blush and lip options that are compatible with the darker skin tones (which we also need more skin tones but at least there are a few...ig) only one blush works with the darkest skin tone which is disappointing. speaking of blush, in the blush category there are also other facial features such as, freckles, however what is frustrating is we can't have more then one thing from that category, so a character can't have blush and freckles (just an example). one big thing i think should be added is more eye color and hair color options. also something that would be amazing is if there where more color options for the clothing and accessories. one last idea is it would be useful if there were more layering options like being able to but shirts over dresses or shoes under pants, this could be useful in so many ways. i hope the ideas and requests me and other reviewers have mentioned are taken into account by the developers when designing updates.
