Ornament: Your Health Coach

This app could be useful for managing your medical files, but is very weak for weight loss. They make you subscribe before you go into the app to see what it’s about…. Right after going in, I realize this is not what I needed and tried to cancel and get a refund, but there’s no cancellation link when we’re logged in. There are help section shows that there should be, but there was not one for me. They use AI for support, and all they do is try to talk you into staying by giving you discounts. If you want to continue with the cancellation, there is no more support, it stops responding and there’s no option for a live person. I tried their chat, and WhatsApp. I received a response the next day to my chat through email, but do not see their messages on the actual chats… AI was again trying to talk me into staying by explaining the best features of their app, but no mention about unsubscribing or a refund. So beware before subscribing to the service! It’s definitely not legit. I’ve never had a deal with anything like this when trying to cancel a subscription.

I have the ornament pro plan. It’s an excellent idea. You’re able to upload all your documents all of your test and even link telehealth apps to this one. But the app is so confusing. It’s hard to find things that you need. They really should add a food tracker and water tracker. I think that they shouldn’t call it a weight loss app and just call it a health app. Once you pay the pro plan, there are items and tests that you can buy in the store. They have workout plans, but you also have to purchase those separately. So this isn’t really a weight loss app From what I thought it was. It was advertised as a weight loss app, but it isn’t. it is a health app. I like the fact that I can upload all of my tests and charts over the years and have them analyzed in one app, but I really thought I would be getting more from this. There is also one glitch. When you try to change the settings from kg to lb, it doesn’t work it stays on kg. Genius idea I just think it would be an excellent app if you added a few tweaks and made it into an all-around health and weight loss app such as the Healthi app.

I think i value the summaries of my health situation. I just started so i do not have a complete profile yet, but so far it helps me focus on my actual, or on the rise problems. I thought this would be a duplicate of the Apple Health App, but instead is much more useful, not to mention that it is a good place we’re to keep all your testing & lab work in one place. I will have more blood tests done soon and I want to see the changes for better (I hope) or worse at a glance. ▪️On a different topic, I wish people would stop writing negative reviews based on the price of the Apps (in general); Apps have a cost, and developers need to be paid for their efforts like everybody. Moreover, giving negative reviews just because one can’t log in properly is immature. Please abstain, and respect the work of the people behind the Apps. Thank you all for reading.
