A very failed application and I do not advise anyone to use it, there is no appreciation or respect for their employee, and they deduct from the delivery amount a large commission that comes out at a loss of what you earn; If the delivery amount is 20, you only earn 11, and this is one of my personal experiences, and they require you to put money in the wallet and they do not allow you to withdraw it, and the problems are with the application, the system, and the failed support. تطبيق فاشل جدًا ولا انصح احد باستخدامة، مافيه تقدير ولا احترام للموظف عندهم، ويخصمون من مبلغ التوصيل عمولة كبيرة بتطلع بخسارة ما بتكسب؛ اذا كان مبلغ التوصيل بـ٢٠ ما بتكسب الا ١١ وهذي احد تجاربي شخصيًا، ويلزمونك تحط فلوس بالمحفظة ولا يمديك تسحبها، والمشاكل بالتطبيق والنظام والدعم الفاشل.

Representative steal your food. I’m socked too. They force you to confirm that you received the order but they’re not even close by where I’m living. Customer service they don't know anything. You have to explain them everything with screenshot and they act like judge in this situation. Seriously what kind of system are you using!!? the funny part is when you get a call from the company but it’s an Egyptian number. Huh?? I don’t recommend this app to anyone i still didn’t get my order till today perhaps who ever assigned to deliver my food are crossing boarders to here.

Can literally deliver everything. The drivers are prompt, cooperative, and supportive. Food comes from a versatile menu, with a lot of free delivery & cash back options. Highly recommended!
