This app is so terrible that it compelled me to write my first ever review. They don’t care AT ALL about customer satisfaction. They don’t take the customer complaints into account. Some of the restaurants in this app fake advertise their menu items, and if you compare it with other apps like Careem, you’d notice that the other apps don’t allow the restaurants to fake advertise pictures of their menu items. Like showing a croissant egg sandwich when I fact it’s a plain egg sandwich in a plain ol bread.
For the cherry on top, this app takes zero responsibility for the messed up orders you receive.
I would just like to point out that I have indeed ordered three to four times from this app, because I just wanted to give this app the benefit of the doubt that perhaps it’s the restaurant messing up. Perhaps the app management will take responsibility the next time around. But nope. This app has zero accountability for all the mess ups happening with your order.
This is a horrendous app, which you should avoid at all costs. Use apps like Careem or ToYou instead.
