Very good ordering and delivery experience.I enjoyed using the app and find it to be user friendly and the driver was professional .However ,the rating that’s been given to restaurant has to be linked to customer rating (don’t know if it is ) . And the customer rating has to be more specific . Not everyone has the time or interest to write something but if you assign rating from 1 to 5 for taste , menu, freshness .... etc. that would be better and hopefully might give a push to restaurant to up their performances.
For example: I enjoyed my order part of the app but I felt that my money was wasted because the cheesecake that I order was not fresh and it really taste bad so I could not eat it and the rating for this place was 4.7!!! So as a customer who wants to use this app , will not depend anymore on the rating because if this is what you rate as 4.7 then what am I suppose to think for lower rating.
Please know I only aim to help you and not just criticize you.

It’s the first delivery app that was willing to deliver to my area in the industrial estate in Cairo Egypt, I was thinking they are going to take advantage of this because non other delivery apps was willing to come but I was wrong they were very professional and very fast and the fact that they let you choose from different drivers offers makes it more unique and nice it’s not just that you are given a driver who’s not capable you can choose whoever you want and I can also see what the drivers write about me not just me rating them they can also rate me I’m fascinated by this delivery experience and I love it

The products prices are much higher than real shop or restaurants with very expensive delivery fees, No refund if there were missing items they just take the money, And if the order was WRONG there is No recompense No Exchange No refund nothing you will be stuck with the order that you didn't order !!! And you will have to order again from somewhere else pay agin wait again An example for prices: 144 SAR (excluding delivery fees) for cat food when it is actually 115 SAR at the same shop and when I call the shop they said it is MRSOOL price Update : they send me an offer black subscription which is offering free delivery and others , I subscribed and what happens is that they charge me the subscription fees and deliveries fees too !! unbelievable, It is laterally the worst delivery app i ever dealt with.. this is literally stealing
