Usually when something sounds too good to be true, it is. But this app is here to prove us all wrong! It’s super easy to use, user/age friendly and fast. Not only is the app easy to use, but the help I received from Franklin was beyond my expectations. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, he gave me a glimpse of hope that is still exists! I love this app because if I’m in the middle of a game and out of funds, I don’t have to get up and potentially lose my game while I go stand in line and wait 20 minutes at the ATM. 5 stars all around!!!!!

First, let me tell you not everything is disclosed. They do not process payments or disbursements Friday thru Sun. So, if you try to send money to your account it can actually take a week.
I went to withdrawal from ATM and ATM went offline a ticket printed that I had to take to cashiers cage. It took them reviewing that I did not get my money by video, security, and calling VIP to get my money (hour later).
I started my account with a savings account, and had it for months (paid over 50k to them).
The moment I went to transfer money back to my account they removed my account off file. When I called they said they do not service savings accounts. I never got an email or call about this. I will stick with the old fashion way.

Visited Down Stream Casino in Joplin Missouri and they recently started using the VIP Mobility system. So far it’s pretty good, the interface is clean and easy to understand. Getting started was pretty easy aswell, they even have people at the casino that will help you through the process.
It doesn’t cost anything to try out and at some places even have promotions where you can get credit at the casino to play with.
Personally I was helped by Cole and he made the process really easy and fun, much appreciated!
