FSB Mobile Money

This app is like five years behind every other banking app. It logs me out of my account constantly, and then makes me change my passport about once a month. They recently updated it and changed the setup of it and it’s actually less user friendly and harder to navigate. I have another bank and their app is about ten times better than this one. It looks outdated, and it is difficult for my older family members to use.

I think this is a great app. It took me a little bit to figure it out, but it’s been working great for me. I really enjoy the Personal Finance section; it summarizes what I’m spending my money on in different categories, which has been very helpful.

It seems like every single time I attempt to access this app and see what is in my account there is something wrong, either I need to reset my password, or the app is unable to process my request at this time. This is getting old, I’m 3000 miles away from a bank, I don’t have the opportunity to run down to the bank. I understand it’s local and that’s why I have stayed for as long as I have, but I’m close to switching to a different bank, this is getting old
