I found CUPSHE on an Facebook ad. I browse through it like I normally do, picking out random items that I thought were cute. The styles of the one pieces was what caught my eye. They were adorable. Now I have a tankini that I’ve had since my maternity days. It’s around 7 years old.... haven’t lost all the baby weight and still insecure about my body.. but I digress. I’ve recently divorced my husband of 12 years and am losing the weight and wanted to be brave and get a new swimsuit. I ordered two of the one pieces. I’m an XXL kind of gal. I thought that’s what I ordered. However, that’s not what the email said when it let me know it was being shipped!! Oh no!!😱😱 It was a medium size.🤭🤭 I have an event that I’m going to this weekend. I emailed CUPSHE as soon as I realized the error. And they were phenomenal. Offered me their apologies. And to make up for it they offered me a 130% discount on the ordered. 🤯Told me to keep the products I had already paid for. And. Let me reorder the suits, in the correct size 😁, and they paid for it all. Cost of the suits and the shipping! I couldn’t of been more impressed and frankly relieved. Thank you so much for your kindness, professionalism, and the initiative to make sure your brand new customer was completely satisfied. I don’t know many companies that would offer that kind of guarantee. Bless you and thank you for investing in a lifelong loyal customer. 💜💜

Edit: It took a few days to here back from them regarding my size exchange, but when I did, I was pleasantly surprised with how well they handled the situation. My opinion now is that while not fully up to date with technology, and that you need to be patient in hearing back, they overall have been great to work with. I ordered two swimsuits and love the quality (I haven’t worn and washed them yet to know how they withstand, just know that initially they are great). One annoyance is that the default size when you add to your cart is Medium- typical stores it is small and ascends in size. Just means that with your first order make sure you are paying attention to that. I accidentally added medium to cart, ordered, paid, and had order review come up (as in order placed) and saw that I had unintentionally added medium. Within 2 minutes I sent email to customer service hoping to cancel my order and fix but the customer service hours are very odd (9-11 pm EST) and by the next morning my order was sent out before 6 am. So my review is to say that I wish they were more “normalized” in having a cancel your order within 10 minutes period, or responded to inquiries quicker. It seems that it may be ran out of a different country. I would say when you order go in with the expectation that you want to order to keep it since further communication can be a bit of a hassle. But a review on the swimsuit itself is I love it! Despite me wishing the company functioned differently, I’ll still order from them again and let others know that I love the swimsuit.

I found the website through Instagram and at first I was a little skeptical just because there are so many online scam website that offer great deals and cute in pictures but; you hear about the customers receiving the package and the material is awful, nothing close to the size as listed and customers write bad reviews and try to get their money back.. all of CUPSHE swimsuits are so cute, very affordable, in style, and there are sooo many to choose from. Most are around $20-$30ish for the two-piece set or a one piece. Some Might be a little less.. it just seemed too good to be true. I thought maybe they are poor quality or something.. I mean that’s A STEAL! Anyways, I found 2 swim suits that I really just had to have, and decided to test it out. Checkout process was super easy. The website was easy to navigate, I chose expedited shipping because I was curious to see if this site was legit and everything was as pictured and true to size. Also you get a discount when you sign up as a new customer:) I placed my order and received status updates via email and the package was right on time! Each set was packaged individually in the cute little sealed decorated bags. And when I opened them..... I just couldn’t believe how great the material was!! It looks and feels like high quality! I tried on both sets fit absolutely perfect! True to size as listed. These are now my two favorite swim suits and I can’t wait to show them off this summer:)!! CUPSHE is my new favorite website to get swimwear from. I will definitely be ordering more before the summer. Thank you CUPSHE!! You guys are killin it and now I will be too this summer💁🏻‍♀️👙☀️
