Yoga with Kassandra

I love kassandra’s yoga videos. I got this app to take Yoga on the road with me during my asia trip. The videos would not play or download anywhere I was traveling in China. I wasted a lot of time with tech-support doing all sorts of troubleshooting, and they assured me that the app works abroad everywhere and would not refund me or extend my subscription due to the tech issues. I finally gave up on troubleshooting it. Then when I got to Thailand the videos finally played! So tech support has no idea what they are talking about and are completely unaware that different countries have different internet regulations. I never got to use this app for my yoga practice as right after I arrived in Thailand my 1 month subscription expired.

First off, let me say this is a timesaver!! No running to and from yoga classes at the gym or studio! Secondly, there is something for everyone! I initially began going to Yin yoga classes to improve my tight runner’s legs. As I began to tire of one more thing in my to-do list, I began searching for classes on the internet. I found Kassandra’s You Tube videos and wondered why anyone would purchase the app when we could access her videos for free. I’ll just say the app organizes videos by type, ability, length of time, time of day, etc. There are hundreds of options and there are other classes and opportunities available to those of us with the app. I’m SO glad I purchased it. I’m doing yoga more often, eliminating travel time and have an amazing instructor right in my living room. And I’m super pleased that I can now access my app via Roku!!

I have been a big fan of Yoga with Kassandra since 2015. These videos have helped me be consistent with my daily Yoga practice. Kassandra’s instructions are just perfect. I absolutely love the app. The sessions are nicely organized. Based on your daily needs, one can select yoga lessons according to time/flexibility/vinyasa/yin/restorative etc. the monthly challenges are great too. Highly recommend this app. Subscribe today! The only enhancement that I would recommend to the app developers is to provide rewind and forward buttons.
