Too slow
Their advertisement that they are the biggest and fastest korean streaming services is bull. During prime time there’s buffering to remind you of the dial up period. And when I asked them about it they denied their server issue and referred to internet service provider. Do not use and waste money.

Over charge.
I made an account with kiwidisk and paid for the membership that was $19. After using the app on mobile and on desktop I did not like the format. So I cancelled my membership and deleted my account. However I am still being charged and I do not understand why. Whenever I try to log back in to talk with the call center it says that I can not log back in.

Pretty good!
I like it. But one thing is that I have iPhone X and this app does not support stretch to fit full screen. I see black bars left and right of the videos. Hopefully that can be supported soon. Besides, I love the fact that I can watch latest Korean TV shows on the go.
