I used to be able to use my thumbprint to log in and it suddenly stopped working months ago. I turned that option off in account t settings in hopes that toggling it back on would resolve the issue, now it won’t even toggle back on and kicks me out of the app when I try. I’ve removed the app, rebooted my phone and reinstalled the app, it still doesn't work. I have zero issue using this method of login with other apps on my phone. This is very annoying and an inconvenience.

Overall I have had the app for about 5 years. For the first 4 years I had little to no issues, the app worked as intended and the user interface is easy to navigate. Around August of this year the app would immediately crash when trying to open it. I tried everything (check for updates, phone software updates, uninstall/reinstall, etc) and when I contacted the mobile app support, specified by the replies to previous reviews, I clearly defined the problem stated all required information and their response was to open the app to troubleshoot. I replied stating that the issue is that I can’t open the app. No reply for 3 days so I reached out again to see if there is a resolution, no reply. It has been over a month at this point without contact from support, a resolution to the problem, or any type of software update to fix the issue that many people are having.

If you click on View Bill, you can see your bill but when you go to pull down to view Print or Download buttons, you can't see them once the screen bounces back (moves upward), so thus they're not clickable. No one can access the buttons thus they're unusable.
