The most pathetic app and customer service ever
Fullerton beats all other financial services companies when it comes to pathetic customer service. However, here I will talk only about the app. Half of the time the text boxes don’t even show what I am entering, looks like they didn’t bother to test it on different devices. Screens look distorted, overall a very bad user experience on the app

Worst service please don’t apply and wait guys , you will not receive the loan amount
I have applied loan 15 days before got approved and signed agreement and NACH form too one week before , they said will disburse loan amount in 48hrs and no response for mail and even customer care says taken complaint and no proper customer service and worst management. Please avoid applying here and wasting your time

Fraud
They changed my tennure from 24 to 27 months and i called them and emailed them fir the sane, but no one is responding prope. Its a fraud basis company. I have dared them and will proceed to consumer court if they do not solve it. I have clearly informed them that i will stop the further EMIs if they do not solve it. I request all the other customer if they do not solve your issues. Stop all your EMIs
