I just started using this Mobil bank and the fees are ridiculous. They let you overdraft with a qualified direct deposit but only allow you 24 hours to repay or you get a 15 dollar fee for every overdraft and on top of that they suspended my overdraft for a month and took all the fees and I had no money left to pay my bills. They also charge a .50 cent fee every time your card gets declined. I’m really upset about this mobile bank

I Recently deposited a small check with them everything went through smoothly and the funds appeared inside the account but every time I tried to use it I would keep getting declined and for every transaction there is a 50 cent decline fee I tried activating the card multiple times but everywhere I go they say the “CVV” is wrong How I’m the world do you send out a debit card With an incorrect “CVV” on it ? I’ve never experienced anything like this before now my account is whiped out due to decline fees what a freaking waste of a check and a day thumbs down

Absolutely garbage, I opened an account got an account number and said card was mailed. I waited 10 days for a card and during this period I made a deposit to the account and now my account is randomly closed. Go to another online bank because this one is not it. They didn’t even tell me it was closed, I had to call and ask where my debit card was.
