Good luck trying to pay off your loan when the app won’t even let you press the button to make a payment. Criminal waste of time. Anyone?
The footer at the bottom of each page makes it nearly impossible to complete a payment as it blocks the continue and cancel buttons. When manage to click it, then nothing happens. It’s like you purposefully make it harder to pay by having a poor app and website.
Anytime I try to register my account online or with the app, it gives an error message. The staff doesn’t even know how to help me fix it. I guess it won’t get paid because I’m not calling in every month when I should be able to pay it online.
