Reviews: What People Think About Atria InnerCircle

I love the idea of the residents and family members being able to look at all of the activities and menu and everything it has to offer, but every slinger time I open the app, it force closes within 10 seconds. I even deleted the app and re-downloaded it. Still force closing as soon as I open it so it’s a pretty useless app.

Please read their Privacy Policy thoroughly. Not the Privacy Policy here on this page, but their full Privacy Policy disclosure, available before you agree to their Terms and Conditions. It’s all there, spelled out. If you use this app, It will collect the information from your Social connections (Facebook or Google) your personal information, likes, birthdate, education, employment, etc., as well as, your Contacts and/or Friends and their information, too. Atria is using this as a new marketing tool to get more sales leads. Taking advantage of us and our concern for our loved ones during the pandemic is not acceptable! User Beware!
Commenting on the Developer Responses to other reviews: You are not just using Facebook and Google just to authenticate and you say you aren’t selling the data collected. You are collecting our personal data, friends and contacts personal data for Atria to use to generate more revenue. They wouldn’t want to sell this data, it will be theirs to use. Atria added this tool to an app that was supposed to help us care for our loved ones.
It’s horrible that Atria is taking advantage of us during a pandemic, when we can’t be with our parents and they are the most vulnerable age group. We want/insist that this marketing tool be removed from this app!
Atria Corporate, the app is a great idea, but your using it on us, for marketing, is deplorable!

The log in page invites me to log in “or” sign on thru FB or Google. There is no “or” about it...you MUST use FB or Google! There is no method provided to log on privately. Does the developer work for FB and Google, or did s/he just take bribes? I refuse to give up my privacy to Big Data when I don’t have to, so...I won’t be using this app after all. I will continue to make phone calls to the facility for each piece of info that I want from them about my uncle. If they want me to quit pestering them, they’ll just have to make the developer do the app right!!!!
Update: I read the developer’s response that they don’t sell our data...do they think we are that stupid? We all know that a login via FB or Google gives them our info each time we login. Well, okay, maybe they don’t “sell” it, they merely GIVE access to it! So in their minds that makes it okay? Still not going to login.
